2Account Registration

To register with 12okbajee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to verify this.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date.
• Each individual may register a maximum of one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

Password & Account Security

Your account security is your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 12okbajee support immediately.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

12okbajee follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent money laundering and protect user safety. Identity verification is mandatory in the following situations:

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, your balance may not be refunded. If closure occurs under fair circumstances — such as at the user's own request — any remaining balance will be returned.

10Limitation of Liability

12okbajee is committed to maintaining a high standard of service. However, 12okbajee will not be held liable for the following:

• If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue on the user's end.
• Delays caused by issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with others.

11Changes to Terms

12okbajee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

For significant changes, 7 days' notice will be given before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
